Used ADSIEDIT.MSC to check value on msExchUceBlockThreshold and msExchUceStoreActionThreshold a. Type ADSIedit.msc from a command prompt and then navigate to CN=Services\CN=Microsoft Exchange\CN=<Exch-Org-Name>\CN=Global Settings\CN=Message Delivery\CN=UCE Content Filter. b.
