Hi,
As you said >>the windows system screen that is says, "No pen or touch input is available for this display".<<, Office ink tool is requested the pen or touch input driver. Please try to use the following steps to enable touch input
device:
- Click "Start," then click "Control Panel." Double-click "Programs and Features." Click the "Turn Windows features on and off" link on the left-hand side of the window.
- Place a check mark next to "Tablet PC Optional Components." Click "OK." Wait for Windows to enable Tablet PC, then click "Restart Now."
- Click "Start," then click "All Programs." Click "Microsoft Office," then click the Office program you want to use ink tools in.
- Click "Review," then click the "Start Inking" button, located on the far right-hand side of the program.
If this issue still exists, it might be caused by the Widows having problems recognizing the input drivers properly. I recommend you connect the HP or input device provider to get a new driver to test.
