Hi in the excel 2007 insert option not working. We tried by rebooting system, repaired office, checked in new file but still issue not resolve. But if using menu option able to use insert option.

Based on your description, please try these methods and check if they work for you.

1. Go to Advanced Options and tick "Ignore other applications that use DDE".

2. Try to delete the Registry key value of options in Excel, and restart Excel.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Excel\Options

Important: Follow the steps in this section carefully, serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Before you modify it, back up the registry for restoration in case problems occur.
