Hi, This behavior occurs because remote procedure calls (RPC) use User Datagram Protocol (UDP) ports to contact the Cluster service on a remote server. Therefore, I suggest you firstly ensure the Windows 2008 failover cluster is configured correctly by referring to following article: http://www.msexchange.org/articles_tutorials/exchange-server-2007/high-availability-recovery/deploying-exchange-2007-sp1-ccr-cluster-windows-server-2008-failover-cluster-part1.html After that, please confirm that you are able to failover windows cluster and failback without any issues.
