For reason, my exchange installation has been installing for the last 5 hours and counting. I am stuck on "Copy exchange file". The statusis processing and the counter is counting but I do not have not seen progress for the last 5 hours. This is my second attempt, the last time the same thing happened but I aborted the install after 2 hours. Is this normal? I have had all kinds of issues installing this program. Please help.

Clarify: exchange cannot be installed Collect info: 1. Please tell which version of exchange do you intend to install, 2003 or 2007? 2. Could you describe the environment of the domain? 3.Is there any error during domainprep and forestprep? 4. Is this exchange server the first one in the domain? If its exchange 2007, which role do you try to install on? 5. Could you check for related error after reproduced the issue from application log and exchange installation log? Please post the error for analysis
