Do i need to stop the exchange services on my MX2000 server before I start?

No, you do not need to stop anything on Exch2000, before install a server with Exch2007. You will need to prep the schema and domain before anything happens. Should be able to do this without affecting production Exch2000.Tim Harrington - Catapult Systems - http://HowDoUC.blogspot.com
