Installing Exchange 2010 management tools
I'm setting up a golden image for our Exchange admins. The OS is Win7 SP1 and I'm not joined to the domain. Is there any way to install the EMC/EMS? If not, is there a way to install them through group policy? Thanks.

Hi
AS far as I know, you should install the Exchange 2010 management tools on client, using a domain account that has local administrative privileges.
So I think your thought is impossible.

Hi,
With the Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 management tools, you can configure and manage your Exchange organization remotely.
Prerequisites....
Machine on which you want to install the Exchange 2010 management tools on, make sure using a domain account that has local administrative privileges.
Open Control Panel, and then select Programs. Click Turn Windows features on or off. Select Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1. Navigate to Internet Information Services > Web Management Tools > IIS 6 Management Compatibility.
Select the check box for IIS 6 Management Console, and then click OK.
Or have a look for the below URL will help you as well.

Hi,
It's not possible to install the Managment Tools on computers that are not joined to a domain.
So I agree with Terence, what you are trying to achieve is not possible.
Don't think it can be installed using Software Installation either.Martina Miskovic - http://www.nic2012.com/
