Installing and configuring Exchange Server 2013 on mobile boradband
I'm trying to configure Exchange Server 2013 on my test server. But I have a mobile boradband connection for Internet. Therefore, I don't have port forwarding and a static IP. Since I'm a beginner, I want to know whether I can install and configure exchange server on my machine or whether there are workarounds for this. Thanks.

build your lab with AD/DNS server so you don't need the public ip.. this is how a typical test environment is.

If you don't want to send emails to outside (internet) then there is no requirment for static IP address, just install AD, DNS and use these servers for Exchange.

If you are trying to install with own domain and to test internet email flow then you need on public IP from your ISP.
