hi,i am installing exchange 2007 on a new server in a network which already as exchange 2000.i want to remove exchange 2000 from the network.my questions is:1. Without removing exchange 2000, can i install exchange 2007 ? If yes, how can i transfer all user mail box from exchange 2000 to exchange 2007 ? If No, what's the best proceedure ?

Hello, Please check thelink forfurther details.http://support.microsoft.com/kb/555854. 1) Yes without removing exchange 2000 you can install the exchange 2007 but you have to make it sure that all your win 2000 server are runing in the Native Mode. 2) As simple as it is right click and move the mail boxes to the exchange 2007 server from win 2000 AD.
