I have a machine which belongs to a domain called AMERICA.I want to install Exchange 2003 on it to test another software that works with exchange.However, I have no permissions to change the AMERICA DC.Is therea way for me?Thanks.

Is Exchange already installed in that forest? You need to be a member of the Enterprise Admins and Schema admins group to do that. There is also only 1 Exchange environment per Forest restriction.
