check if this happening 1. To some users or all the users.2. All the subnets or some of the subnets on the LAN3. Run a netmon from problematic machine and see if there are data packets.4. Check the DNS on the client machines and see if they are correctly pointing,Raj

Is there any related event in the application log after reproducing the issue?
Please check if there’s any related info in the IIS log for the problematic users after reproducing the issue
The location of IIS logs is: Start-> Run->Logfiles. In the jumped window, enter “W3SVC1” folder and get the logs

Hi ,Thanks for your great support...I check my Event Logs but in event viewer there are not any error logs e.g 403 - Access Forbidden ..I check IIS log files in this log i found something strange like this .. "SUBSCRIBE /instmsg/aliases/john - 200 -"..I tried to google and found it something related to authentication ...but my all the PC are the member of domain ..we are using AD and all users are having a valid account and they arer logging with there user name and password.I am having a doubt about licencing mode as per microsoft site..This behavior can occur if your Exchange Instant Messaging server's licensing mode is set to Per Server mode, which means that a limited number of concurrent connections are permitted at a single time. Because Exchange Instant Messaging uses the Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) 5.0 service users may experience the symptoms described in the "Symptoms" section, if the number of concurrent connections is reachedso how to check my current server mode ..plese help ...Thanks once again...Akasha
