Internal delivery issue after removing and recreating the same userID
Dear all:
I got the very similar issue when I delete and recreate the same username with the same email. All email functions are working correctly, except receiving emails from internal users. I cannot get emails from internal users. :( Any solution for this issue?
BTW, we have SBS 2011 with Exchange 2011.
Thank you,
Joon

Yeah, you can't do that. Post the non-delivery report message they get and I can tell you how to fix it. Or just tell everyone to resolve that user in the address book rather than just replying to old e-mails, and to correct any contacts they
may have for that user.Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems."

Hello Ed,
Thank you for your reply, and I'm sorry for the misleading the question. So, I pasted the exact NDR report for troubleshooting. Also, I'm thinking to run ADSI editor to fix the problem. Do you think it's good idea to use the editor?
Thank you,
Regards,

Dear Ed:
I found other posts that you did, and I FINALLY figure it out becase of your inspiration! :)
I added X500 address based on cmdlet command that I got like this,
Get-Mailbox "User Name" | fl LegacyExchangeDN
After I got the value from there, I put the custom value into my email addresses
Hopefully, this helps for those who have trouble...
Thank you so much, and you saved my day!!
Cheers!
Joon
