Internal emails going to junk mail folder
I've reviewed the other threads on this - and non answered my issue.
I have exchange 2010, fully service packed etc and recently emails from myself to myself are being sent to my junk folder.
It doesn't matter which client I use to send the emails (Outlook 2003, 2007, 2010; IPhone 4S, OWA) it all ends up in the junk folder. Looking at the properties of the emails the SCL is set to -1. It doesn't matter if I digitally sign and/or encrypt the emails
- same effect. It isn't Outlook doing this, as the same behaviour is exhibited when Outlook isn't running and I am running OWA only.
This has only started in the last 2 weeks or so - prior to that the installation has been solid for years. Aside from any updates that MS have pushed out, nothing has changed in the server configuration.
External emails are working just fine.
I've not asked any of the other staff if this is happening for them - I'd rather have a solution / investigation underway before possibly bringing it to their attention.
Any questions will be answered promptly, and I will mark the thread answered if it gets resolved.
Cheers folks!

Does Fully packed mean at least SP2 RU3?
Junk Email settings do not work as expected after you migrate or move a mailbox to an Exchange Server 2010 SP1 Mailbox server

Currently on 14.2 Build 247.5
The Exchange 2010 system has been running fine for a long while (18months or so) now - this problem only arrived in the last couple of weeks.

Could be a corrupt rule. I would start Outlook with the /cleanrules switch to see if that fixes it .
If not, consider moving the mailbox to another database.
Bingo. Thank you.

Hi,
Just would like to share some additional experience.
Sometimes the corrupted rules may not be able to delete by the command. When you encounter such issue, you can use the MFCMAPI tool to log on the mailbox and manually delete the rule.
Thanks,
