Internal send email internally but gets error
Hi Admin,
my user tries to send email internally but keeps getting error. (no issue sending to external)

Did you migrate mailboxes from a different organization? It looks like users are trying to reply to messages that were sent to them before they were migrated to a new organization and you didn't migrate their legacyExchangeDN properties as proxy
addresses. In this particular case, the answer would be to add the proxy address "X500:/O=CH4 Pty Ltd/OU=First Administrative Group/CN=Recipients/CN=jliaw@cartcbm.com" without the quotes to Julisanto Liaw's user object. You'll have to do the same
