Just downloaded Windows 10 and is there A way that when I click on a link to an internet site IE 11 opens and not Edge I am comfortable with IE 11 and do not and will not be using the features of Edge. Also there is no way I can see to save cookies from some sites while deleting all the rest like you can in IE 11's delete browsing history's option Preserve Favorites website Data.

Are you talking about Exchange Server Edge role?  If not, you're in the wrong forum.  If you are, you're misguided since the Edge role doesn't have anything to do with IE or HTTP.
