Hi,There are a few possibilities:- use IMAP- use push mailIMAP: enable the IMAP services on your Exchange 2003 environment and configure your iPhone to receiv mail via IMAPPush mail: follow the following tutorial to configure push mail in case you choose this option it's advisable to add a front-end server to your Exchange organization for better security. Keep in mind that this option needs a commercial certificate because it goes standard via HTTPS. Regards,Johan blog: www.johanveldhuis.nl

It is very simple to configure your iPhone to connect to Exchange. I don't have my iPhone (yes, I gave in and got one finally!) right in front of me, but here arethe steps and far better than I could have given you here in the forum:http://www.theiphoneblog.com/2008/07/13/walkthrough-exchange-activesync-on-your-iphone-20/If you use the IMAP option, it will only download your e-mail. I use mine in "Exchange" mode (ActiveSync). This syncs my calendar and contacts, too. Jim McBee - Blog - http://mostlyexchange.blogspot.com

I would also synchronize calendar and contacts, and emails are not downloaded and always stay in the mailbox.I then activate the "Exchange" mode (ActiveSync). As this set?. IMAP and I have assets and OWA as well.
