IsValid is set to False, is that bad?
I am running the powershell cmdlets on the additional CAS server that I am going to be using to build the CAS Array and things have been going pretty smooth except when I got to the activesyncvirtualdirectory. I matched the settings up with the ex102 server and the cmdlet ran fine but when I pipe out the settings to text file with the full list command it tells me on the bottom that IsValid is equal to False whereas it is equal to True on the other server. Two things 1) what exactly does the IsValid command mean and 2) How do I make it say True or does it even matter?

Hi, From your description, I guess that you have run the Get-ActiveSyncVirtualDirectory cmdlet in the addition CAS server. Is it right? From the link http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa996042(EXCHG.80).aspx , we can see that: 'isvalid : A Boolean value that indicates whether the user's Active Directory account is valid or not valid.' And please run Get-OwaVirtualDirectory | fl command in this server, see the value of IsValid parameter and post the result. ThanksSophia Xu TechNet Community Support
