Looking to bring in a new 08R2 Domain Controller, and we using Exch03 SP2. I know I have to extend the forest and schema . . . etc . . .but wondering if Exch 03 Sp2 is supported in a 08R2 Domain?Thanks!

Yep, as long as they are writable and Exchange 2003 is at SP2!
