Is It Possible?
Hi All, New to TechNet, and looking for some advise (Small Business Server 2003/Exchange 2003) - Thanks in advance for any replies. We have one simple email account sales@myisp.com held at an external ISP. What we want Exchange to do is download all the emails and place ALL of them into 3 seperate client mail boxes - all part of the exchange network in our workplace, its our sales team. However once we have it set up (if it's possible) this is the tricky bit - when one colleage answers an email from a customer and say deletes it or moves it to an email folder - we want this to syncronise with the other two mailboxes so the other colleagues don't answer the same email. Hope this makes sence. Does any one know how its done? i've spent days trawling the net - but have not come up with the answer. Cheers, Mark (UK)

You could have all of your users share one mailbox. In addition to their own mailbox,a resource mailbox that isn't really assigned to a person, but one that your team can work from. Public folders would also accomplish this, and so would several 3rd party (including microsoft) apps.
