Is there any way to expand the Distribution lists for an external (non-exchange) domain?
Exchange 2007/2010:
Im using the transport rule BCC the message to address to send copy of emails to external domain. Is there any way to expand the Distribution lists for an external (non-exchange) domain?

No. You have no access to their mail system.

You weren't asking about journalized messages, were you? You aked if
you could expand the membership of a group on some other e-mail
system.

No. You don't have access to their e-mail system. The answer won't
change no matter how many times you ask.
