I moved a user from one Exchange 2003 server to another Exchange 2003 server and it logged 1151 in the app log. A bit later it would log 1154. According to this it is an Exchange 2000 issue but I am running Exchange 2003! http://support.microsoft.com/kb/812849 When the user would open outlook the rules would not process and some of the rules had the "this machine only" option selected. I removed that setting and now they work. I need to move a bunch of users to this server and am a little nervous about everyones rules breaking. The servers are both on Exchange SP2 and have the same store.exe version. Any ideas?

Other then the rules issue (which you seemed to have fixed) what other issues are you experiencing?

No other issues I'm just concerned that all of my users will have to make changes to their rules to get them to work. They shouldn't have to should they? I would assume this is not normal.
