Issue populating multiple email id's in OWA URL
Hi, I am trying to open a new email window using the OWA url as below - https://<server name>/owa/?e=Item&a=New&t=IPM.Note&to=a@fabrikam.com;b@fabrikam.com;c@fabrikam.com; This always opens the browser window with all the email id's populated but when I try sending the email it says "No match was found". All the id's are greyed out with a red dashed line below it. If I populate a single email id it does work fine but for multiple email id's it does not. Please let me know how can I go ahead to achieve this feature. Also is there a way I can populate the message body using the same URL ? Thanks in advance.preetam

Hi Preetam, I can't see see anything that will split these into separate e-mails address on the OWA form. Tried the following without success: https://<server name>/owa/?ae=Item&a=New&t=IPM.Note&to=a@fabrikam.com;b@fabrikam.com https://<server name>/owa/?ae=Item&a=New&t=IPM.Note&to=a@fabrikam.com&to=%20b@fabrikam.com https://<server name>/owa/?ae=Item&a=New&t=IPM.Note&to=a@fabrikam.com%20&to=b@fabrikam.com Even stuck the Subject inbetween the 2 recipients and it still merged them. https://<server name>/owa/?ae=Item&a=New&t=IPM.Note&to=a@fabrikam.com&subject=SubjectHere&to=b@fabrikam.com Maybe there's something in the CAS OWA server side scripts that'll show you the delimeter, if there isn't one then maybe this will help you roll your own: http://www.leederbyshire.com/OWA-Mailto-Exchange-2007.asp I can't see why creating a draft and then referencing the drafts URL wouldn't work. Or using a DL. Thanks, Mark.
