We have outlook synchronization service, from where we can export/import the appointments from Outlook to EPM or EPM to Outlook. For this both the applications EPM and outlook should be in one system. But at client place they have CITRIX environment and both applications (Outlook & EPM) are in different servers. They are not accepting to install the EPM in where the outlook has installed. And we are not able to connect the EPM to outlook which is in different server.

This post is confusing, can you clearly state the issue please, and what EPM is? As for the appointments, you can simply export to PST format and hope EPM supports PST import.Sukh
