One english speaking executive is reciving chinese characters in the subject for message failures and out of office replies on Outlook 2003. I was wondering how to force it back to english. Other users recive it in english.Our company is on Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003 english versions

Hi, The Non-deliver report and OOF message received by the executive are generated by your server or remote server? If the remote server send you a NDR/OOF in Chinese, there is no way to convert it into English... Thanks, Elvis
