Issue with Out of Office in Exchange 2010 from both Outlook 2010 and OWA

Hello there,

I currently work in a hosted exchange 2010 environment where our exchange 2010 server is in a data center running on VHDs. We have a client with about 40 mailboxes and they do not have OUT of Office feature neither on their Outlook 2010 clients nor on their OWA. When I try to access their mailbox via Outlook, I get the error message: "Your automatic settings cannot be displayed because the server is currently unavailable." Same error message when accessing Out of Office through OWA. I have checked out other postings on this issue and tried different fixes (where one fix suggested to open IIS Manager, check the virtual directories under EWS and to make sure Anonymous and Integrated authentication were enabled) but nothing seems to be working. We need to get this resolved since most of our clients are running Exchange on our hosted servers.

I also ran a test with Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer and all the tests came through fine with no errors.

What am I missing here? Please help me out! Thanks!
