My company are having an issue with all Computer Microsoft outlook 2013. At first the attached PDF has only truncated or distorted portion, then there is multiple error message on preview, opening the saved attachment. Strangely the attachment in webmail was fine.  Eventually it seems to affected the other words, excel document and all the attached PDF was unreadable as told by recipent. 

For the start I did many troubleshooting on adobe based on the error but in vain. I tried recreate another mail profile and reinstall the office, but all fail to resolve the issue. Last i tried loading the outlook in safe mode and the newly incoming attachment seems fine. I remove all the addin and it doesn't resolve the issue, til i did a repair on the ms office.

Why did happens to all the outlook 2013, what causes this issue?

My company purchase the ms standard office 2013 and are using open license msi key.

Why is there no updates button under the account information? our latest version was something ***093 1001.

For a day it seems the outlook was ok and now there is errror with opening excel too.

I ran the gpupdate on some machines and it seems to work but got some feedback from 1 user sherandomly has the pdf problem. 

What is the setting in GPO that define the attachment in outlook?
