When levelling a resource in Microsoft Project 2013 Professional and there are multiple over allocations, the programme hangs and does not respond.

I've tried 'Skip All' and 'Skip' and still it hangs.

Is this being be reported by any other users at this time?

If your scenario is:

When you try to level resources in some projects that contain combinations of task constraints, Project may crash.

Your Project may not have been updated to the latest. I've seen this issue before and after applying the Project 2013 hotfix package in April 8, 2014, the issue should be gone:
