I'm hoping this has a simple answer. What's the difference between the 'itemcount' in "get-mailboxstatistics | fl itemcount" and running PfdavAdmin and exporting the "PropertyExportForm PR_CONTENT_COUNT : 0x36020003"? Thanks,D

itemcount is the total item count of the mailbox whereas PR_CONTENT_CONTENT is per folder but once you add them all together it should equal the same amount.Sr. Exchange Engineer - Constellation Energy

The strange thing is it doesn't match. I've compared two different users itemcount and PR_CONTENT and the numbers don't match.

I would suspect that pfdavadmin would dump folders that are hidden also;whereas, the itemcount value is just calculating what you would normally see in Outlook.Sr. Exchange Engineer - Constellation Energy
