I am having a few issues with the Junk Email filtering. I have set the setting to High but when I send/receive everything comes into my inbox and nothing goes to the Junk Email folder, they do get moved to the Junk Email folder when I click on them and if there is junk emails underneath that one that disappears to the junk folder also, which is what I want but it is not doing it automatically.

You should change the settings in Root Folder Path & Set "Inbox as Root Folder.

To do so:  Click on File Tab >> Info Section >> Account Settings >> Account Settings >> Click on IMAP Account >> More Settings >> Advanced Tab
