My junk email folder in Outlook and OWA has changed names to Junk Email 1. Anyone have any idea why? Anyway to change the name of this folder back besides deleting and recreating the account? Thanks, Scott

I would start Outlook with the /resetfoldernames switch and see if that fixes it. I take it you have no regular "Junk Mail" folder now.

I have Junk Email 1 now.

So /resetfoldernames didnt work? Alternatively, if you have the old exchange client or can track it down somehow, you could delete it that way.
