Why does mail still go to the Junk email folder when the option is set to No Automatic Filtering .Mail from Bloacked Senders si still moved to junk e-mail folder. It is filtering out email that has been added to the white list as an acceptable sender. How do you turn off junk mail all together so NO mail goes there? Please advise Maggie

There doesnt seem to be a string of answers to your questions! and I am wondering why as I am also baffled by junk email. It doesnt seem to do any of the things that it is set to do, i.e.- mail I mark as 'safe' goes to junk and and junk remains in inbox even after setting foe safe senders only. Is there anyone can help us? thanks Leslie
