Just to make sure Exchange 2000 has no use of MSSQL Server 2000
In my SBS2000 server, there're an Exchange 2000 server as well as an MSSQL Server 2000. We don't use this SQL server but its trace log is very big (30 GB!) I want to uninstall this SQL server. But before doing so, I'd like to be sure that Exchange 2000 really really has no use of MSSQL 2000. Correct? TIA

Exchange doesn't require SQL so go ahead and uninstall it. Just make sure that you don't have any third-party utility which is integrated with Exchange and that utility using SQL however in that case you can install SQL on another server also...
