We have a KMS host on windows 2012R2 which is licensing Office 2010. The 'Remaining App rearm count' and 'Remaining SKU rearm count' are both listed as -1 is this correct? The current count is 10 so clients do seem to be getting licenced.

Any help greatly appreciated.

There is not a clear answer so far, anyway the Current count is what matters.

Please try the Office KMS Host Activation diagnostic tool, which is useful to troubleshoot the KMS Host Activation issues. Detailed steps have been introduced in Use Office Client KMS activation diagnostic or Office KMS Host Activation diagnostic tool to troubleshoot KMS issues.
