Hi, Yes, you can use ExMerge utility search mails based on Subject line but to find in body you need to use some third party utility as mentioned in the forum thread. If you are running in coexistence (Exchange 2003 & Exchange 2007) then you can use Exprot-Mailbox utility to scan your Exchange 2003 mailboxes too and with ContentKeywords switch in Export-Mailbox you can any word it in body/attachment.
