We use the ADSIEdit modification so when we create users in ADUC, they get created as Lastname, Firstname. When we create a user in Exchange 2007, it'll do Firstname Lastname. What I am wondering, is where in ADSIEdit can we make the modification so it does Lastname, Firstname when creating a user in Exchange 2007 EMC? Thanks!

I'm sorry your post went so long without being answered -- let's hope this is still useful to you, or someone else browsing around.You shouldn't need to modify ADSIEdit to do this in Exch 07. From within the EMC, create a new email address policy that creates a user with Lastname, Firstname, and you should be home free.
