I work in a large scale enterprise. I just recently upgraded a user on her Mac to Yosemite, and with that the latest Outlook. On her old system, she is setup as a delegate to her boss, and is able to send emails as him (when composing new emails, there is a "from" section above the "To:" section). However on her new Mac, even though I have setup the delegation in the same format as on her old system, the "From" field is missing. I have been working with my team and the only thing we can speculate is that Outlook 2011 (what her boss is still using) has some compatibility issue with delegation from the latest Outlook.
Any assistance would be hugely appreciated.
