I have created a simple Excel spreadsheet, no formulas currently, just data in columns. When I create the pivot table it is only pulling in about a third of the information.  I cannot figure out why.  Please help?

Based on your description, first I suggest you try to open this Excel file in safe mode, if it works fine please go to File- Excel Options- Add-Ins- select Com Add-ins- disable them.

And you can also copy the same file to other users' computers, and check if it works fine.

If this issue also occurs in other users' computers, please try to repair this file and check the data in your Excel file.

Open a blank Excel- go to Open option- Select the file- Click the arrow next to the Open button- Click Open and Repair.
