I have a user which got their name entered incorrectly. I have tried to change every aspect of the AD user account to reflect the correct name, but I am unable to correct one thing. When someone addresses an e-mail to her they get her correct name followed by < wrongname>. It looks like this Tamra Nisly <tamara>. The LegacyExchangeDN has this incorrect name, but if I change that entry then access to the mailbox is lost. Easiest way to solve this problem would probably be to add an X500 proxy address to the account so that items addressed the the incorrect LegacyExchangeDN still end up in her mailbox. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/313324 Erik
