Legacy DN shows in GAL
Environment - Exchange 2007.
When Outlook 2003 users look at the GAL, under email addresses the Legacy DN is listed not the SMTP address. Is there an y easy way to change this?

This for all 2003 users.
The proxyaddresses in the users attributes are all SMTP email addresses.

The proxyaddresses in the users attributes are all SMTP email addresses.
The link which i mentinoned talk about WindowsEmailAddress (mail attribute in AD) and EmailAddresses (proxy addresses) mismatch. So it would be good to verify it.

Yes, I went through that blog before I posted here. The mail attribute and primary proxy were matched correctly for everyone. After a lot of searching I found the answer here:
