I use Microsoft.Exchange.WebServices.dll to communicate with an Exchange Server via EWS Managed API. This Dll can be compiled from source code published on GitHub (OfficeDev/ews-managed-api).

What notice should I write into disclaimer, if this Dll is a part of a product of our company?

The source is licensed under the MIT license according to https://github.com/OfficeDev/ews-managed-api/blob/master/license.txt. I'd refer to that document for any requirements.
