Hi there, I plan to install exchange 2003 enterprise but it is not available to buy any moore, so i have to buy exchange 2007. How can i resolve the licensing problem? can i install it with a exch 2003 cd used before? Many thanks

There are still plenty of vendors that offer Exchange 2003: http://www.cdw.com/shop/products/default.aspx?EDC=516911 I would assume the 2007 licensing qualifies for free downgrade (as most MSFT products do), but since I'm not a licensing expert I would suggest you contact your licensing representative.
