Is there a way in Outlook to limit the number of attendees at a meeting? Suppose you only had space for 200 people but you invited 250 and wanted to decline all requests after you had reached the 200 person limit. I do not think this capability exists, but if someone knows of a way to do this I would like to hear about it.Thanks.

Hi, Based on my know, Outlook does not have a method to limit the number of meeting attendees. You can configure Exchange server to limit maximum recipients for all messages.
