Limit OWA Sessions to a maximum of 1 for Exchange 2013 User

Hi there,

I have created new throttling policy and changed the OWAMaxConcurrency value from 20 to 1. Then applied this policy to a specific user using Set-Mailbox cmdlet.

However, even after this the user can open multiple OWA sessions. Has anybody been successful with this new option in Exchange 2013?

Did you restart IIS after making that change?

Got stuck on a few things, therefore my response has been slow.

Yes, IIS has been restarted and all the 2013 exchange servers were rebooted over the weekend. Still I can open more than 1 OWA session per user.

Any thoughts?

Anyone successful on this?

I haven't been successful to accomplish this on Exchange 2010 as well.
