Hi There I have a Public folder calendar set up which is a site Diary for site staff to complete. I then have 2 managers that have their personal Calendars in Outlook. I need to produce the following and hopefully you can give me the answer: When the managers enter an event in their personal Outlook calendar it needs to copy into the Public folder calendar. Is there any way of making this happen? Maybe with an Exchange event sync at server level.

Hello, Microsoft Exchange do not provide this feature, but you can search and try other outlook add-ins to meet your requirement. Thanks, Simon
