Using IE9 and Windows-7. Many Internet connection links are insensitive, usually at a third of fourth level of site access. The links work if I use Firefox, Flock, or AOL internet browsers. I prefer IE. Pop-up blocker is disabled. Looking for corrective action advice. VLNelson@aol.com
