I'm planning to have a computer broadcast out a webcam feed to users in different locations and I have a couple of questions in regards to that. It's only going to broadcast video only as audio is going to be over a conference phone.

1) Is there a webcam that is recommended to use with in order to get the best picture quality/smoothness? Microsoft LifeCam?

2) Safe to assume majority of the quality issues lies in the network bandwidth department?
