Live Meeting Service Retirement Date

Hello,

Has there been a retirement date announced for the Microsoft Live Meeting Service?    If so, what is the date?

I realize that Lync On Line is now available but I would like to know the "official" retirement date (if any) for the Microsoft Live Meeting Service.

According to the e-mails I've been getting from Microsoft, "Important Notification:  Office Live Meeting Service Ends on April 29, 2013.  Transition to Lync for Meetings and More."
