WE run full ntbackup and incremental backup also but the transaction logs are not flushing we are manually moving the logs daily. We have Exchange 2007 on win2003. Size of overall database is above 500 GB and logs are more than 100 GB. Please help

First thing to check is if you do a file-based backup of the .edb files themselves or if you specifically have selected the information store in the NTBackup tree view. Hi,First, Please let us know your environment. Have you deployed LCR or CCR? please make sure you backup Exchange information store, not the mailbox folder or the edb file. At the same time, please note if not all stores under one storage group are mounted, the log will not be truncated. If the issue persists, please open NTBACKUP and reproduce this issue, then paste the backup log here for our further discussion.
