Logging Level in Exchange 2007
Running Exchange 2007 on Server 2003 in clustered environment. (2) mailbox servers (1) CAS/HUB Server. I changed the diagnostic logging for a bunch of different processes to try and diagnose an error. After I was finished I changed all of the levels back to "lowest", but I'm still filling up my Event Viewer - Application log with Transport Delivering 9650 and 9651 events. They aren't errors. It seems like it's logging the delivery of every message. It's filling up my logs in about 5 days. Before my logs would go back months. I increased the size of my Application log to 40MB, but I can't help but to think that changing my event log levels has changed something. I used the get-eventloglevel to verify that all my levels are set at lowest. Ideas?Running Exchange 2007 in CCR (2) mailbox servers with (1) CAS/HUB Server. AD 2003.

Did you check by restarting relevant services? You may do it by failing over server to another cluser node and failing back to original node on CCR but on Hub/CAS you can do during off-hours or weekend...Amit Tank | MVP - Exchange Server | MCITP:EMA MCSA:M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com
