we have Exchange Server 2007, 3 of the internal emails are coming again and again. This is an undeliverable email for onr of our internal user. Every day three usera are receiving 4 to 5 copies of the same email. can anyone help me how do Iremove this looping. Regards, Nzm

Hi Please use Queue Viewer to check whether we are able to locate the NDR emails or the messages which result the NDR emails. If the three emails can be located, please remove them. For more information, you can refer to the following article: Managing Queues http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb125022(EXCHG.80).aspx In addition, please ensure that the Antivirus software on the Hub Transport server has been excluded to scan the folder where the mail.que database file exists. By default, the file is saved in C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\TransportRoles\data\Queue. Mike
